A local delivery charge will be added to
each order, per address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this
charge may vary.) Holiday delivery charges may vary. Orders in the U.S. must be
received by noon in the recipient's time zone to ensure same-day delivery.
Orders received after that time may need to be delivered the next day, or
after-hours delivery service may be available. We will do our best to
accommodate deliveries at specific times of the day, but we cannot guarantee
it. We are unable to deliver on Sundays. Deliveries requested on that day will
be delivered the following business day.
Substitution Policy
On occasion, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in different parts of the country. We ensure the style, theme, and color palette of the arrangement are maintained by using flowers of equal value. Additionally, some favors may need to be substituted due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. For individual flower arrangements, such as rose or orchid bouquets, we will do our best to match the flower type, but we may substitute a different color.
Our Guarantee
Every order is important to us
because we understand how much it means to you. Once an order is placed,
refunds are not issued; however, you will receive store credit for the amount
paid. Please note that these terms do not apply to same-day orders, orders that
are already prepared, or those that have been delivered, due to the perishable
and handcrafted nature of our products.

handcrafted. For this reason, we strive to ensure the quality, precision, and
beauty of every creation. While various factors may affect the longevity of
flowers or the final outcome of a design, we continuously work to improve and
